- 125 g smoked tofu
- 1 tsp neutral oil
marinade
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
Cut the tofu in slices.
Mix all the liquid ingredients and powders together. Taste the marinade before adding the tofu, and adjust the amount of liquid smoke, sweetness, or saltiness as needed.
Let the tofu marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a pan. Fry the tofu with the marinade. Add the oil to prevent burning.
After turning the tofu, add the remaining marinade.
Fry the tofu until crispy.
