Zutaten
  

  • 125 g smoked tofu
  • 1 tsp neutral oil

marinade

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder

Anleitungen
 

  • Cut the tofu in slices.
  • Mix all the liquid ingredients and powders together. Taste the marinade before adding the tofu, and adjust the amount of liquid smoke, sweetness, or saltiness as needed.
  • Let the tofu marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat a pan. Fry the tofu with the marinade. Add the oil to prevent burning.
  • After turning the tofu, add the remaining marinade.
  • Fry the tofu until crispy.
